Are there anyways to make a dentist appointment better?
I HATE going to the dentist. It’s not that I have bad teeth or anything, but I can’t stand going for a check-up. Any tips?

I always bring my ipod, blast it, close my eyes, and just relax. Hope this helps

lie back, relax, close your eyes and think positive thoughts while breathing slowly. you need to get a handle on your fears or they will control you. noitall
I know how you feel, my mom is a dentist and i HATE going there! Try to get to your appointment EXACTLY on time, if your early, you’ll have to wait, and if your late, you’ll probably have to wait longer! Also, when your in the dentist chair, do NOT open your eyes, i HATE needles and such, and i don’t like seeing them go into my eyes! It also helps to make time pass when your eyes are closed. Another tip, plan something exciting right after the dentist, like going on a date, or hanging out with your friends, that way you’llhave somthing to look forward to!! Hope this helps! xxgiannailyxx
