What was your little one’s first dentist appointment like?

We are starting to look into dentists for our twins – so I thought I would check in to see what your experience was like:
1) How old was your child when you first took them to the dentist?
2) How did you select your dentist? Was it a regular dentist or a special children’s dentist?
3) What happened during that 1st appointment?
