The local dentist has a special if i get my teeth cleaned they do a free teeth whitening, anyone ever done one of these?
I use crest white strips on & off not consistent to see change as the strips are a sloppy process.

yes, getting your teeth whitened by the dentist is way better than jusing crest white strips. I had my teeth done by the dentist en now the look beautiful, but not to white though, otherwise it will just look stupid. awesome-o

Though there is lot of expectations from a professional teeth whitening procedure, there is no one single whitening system which has proved to be effective for all cases.

A dentist and your needs together is the best judge for it.

So it is always preferable that you choose a best dentist and allow him to decide on which tooth whitening system would work best on you rather than yourself choosing a whitening system.

The results too vary depending on the present state of your teeth.

Those with Darker shades tend to get better results. Also the relapse of the teeth whitening varies from person to person.

While choosing dentists you should keep the following things in mind:

    - The experience of the dentist in this field
    - Number of teeth whitening treatments performed
    - Number of teeth whitening methods available
    - Testimonials and results of previous patients

once you zero in on a good dentist, allow him to takeover and decide as to what is best for you.

I drink way too much coffee and started to get stressed out when they weren’t as white anymore. I was going to go the dentist to have him do it but it was ridiculously expensive. So I looked for forever and I finally found a kit that’s just like the one the dentist uses with the mold and injection. It works amazing and fast, I could see the difference after the first one ! I’m glad I didn’t have the dentist do it. I got it on sale too because they were having a trial where you get to try it for the cost of shipping for like 6 bucks here’s the website. Taren
